Oksana Usatenko is a junior research fellow at the Department of Theory of International Relations, Institute of World Economy and International Relations, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (IWEIR) since 2010. She is also an editorial assistant of the scientific journal ‘Studies of World Politics’, IWEIR. Her research and teaching profile include: Political development and State-Building in South-Eastern Europe, International Relations in the Balkan Region, Nationalism in the Modern International System. She holds an MSc Degree in History from Faculty of History, Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University (KNTSU) and a PhD in World History from the same university.
